What is your FULL GUARANTEE?

We get it, you've probably already wasted money on a printer, paper and ink necessary to print worksheets over & over that rip after one use. That's why we created these educational boards to survive daily preschooler abuse: dropped from car seats, tossed in bags, rinsed of spills hundreds of times. If your product breaks during normal use within 30 days, we'll send you a brand-new board for them FREE of charge. You don't even ship the old one back. We want you to feel confident that this will actually last-and that your child will be writing their name confidently before kindergarten starts.

Here's the deal: Encourage your child to practice regularly for 30 days. If the board breaks because of a defect (not because it got run over by a car, jumped on or chewed on), just email us a photo. We'll ship a replacement within 3 business days. No forms, no back-and-forth, no "processing fee" nonsense. One per household, first purchase only, because we're a small team and this only works if people use it fairly. But if you follow the simple care instructions and it still fails you? We've got you covered.

How It Works / Fine Print (in your favor):

  • What counts: Normal daily use-writing practice, playing, tossing it in a bag, wiping it clean. **We do not cover intentional damage (like using it as a hammer) or loss.
  • How to claim: Email us at support@kids-fundamentals.com within 30 days of damage with a photo of the issue and your order number. That's it.
  • What you get: We send a free replacement board within 3 business days. No need to ship anything back.
  • Fair limits: One replacement per household, applies to first purchase only. If you're buying 10 boards to resell, this isn't for you.
  • Our promise: If you used it like a normal human, we'll honor this. No runaround.
Do the prints come with a frame?

No. This allows you to choose the color of frame that coordinates with the surroundings.

Do the craft items come painted?

No. We offer craft projects raw to encourage each child's imagination and creativity.

How do I clean my products?

All acrylic pieces can be washed with soap & water.

Do you offer gift cards?

Where can I find my digital download link?

Links can be found on your order confirmation page and in the email sent after purchase. Personalized page links will be emailed within 3 business days of purchase. Can't find the email, please check your SPAM box!

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Only one code can be used per purchase unless otherwise stated.

Do you have an affiliate program?

What types of payments do you accept?

All major credit cards, paypal, apple pay, google pay and shop pay.

What if there is an error with my order?

It's simple. Shoot us an email at support@kids-fundamentals.com or fill out the contact us form.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes & no. If the item was personalized, already created, but not shipped yet, the order can be cancelled, but only the shipping paid will be refunded. All other non-personalized products; however, will be cancelled and refunded in FULL if not shipped yet. Digital downloads cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

How long will it take to ship?

Our goal is to have each purchase shipped and in your hands in 4-5 business days of when the order was placed (except shipping delays out of our control), but don't be surprised if you get it sooner. If there is ever a delay on our part, you will be notified of such by email.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking shows my package as 'delivered', but I didn't get it. What do I need to do?

Please note that once we ship your order and it is picked up by the post office, we're no longer responsible for your package. Please contact your local post office to inquire exactly where they delivered your package. You can also file a claim online HERE. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I have items shipped directly to someone else?

Yes. When you place your order, please enter your email and their home address. We will email you the receipt, the tracking, and the delivery notification and they will receive a great gift.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time.
