Refund Policy


We hope you love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact us to see how we might correct the issue for you first.

You may return the item to us for a full refund less any shipping charges within 14 days of delivery date. We are unable to process returns after 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or similar packaging.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable products 
- Anything personalized

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Free Shipping

Orders that were shipped free of charge due to a promotion/sale are subject to shipping fees for any return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Personalized products that have been created, but not shipped are only eligible for a partial refund of shipping upon cancellation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Kids Fundamentals has the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at support@kids-fundamentals.com and send your item to: Kids Fundamentals, 786 Cattle Run Way, Bluffton SC 29910, United States. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. 


Our goal is to have each purchase shipped and in your hands in 4-5 business days of when the order was placed.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ownership of packages shipped via USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, held or damaged packages. We are not responsible for missed delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
